County Data Report
The county data your grant proposal needs. Verified, cited, and in your inbox tomorrow.
A PDF report covering environmental, health, and social conditions for the counties you choose. Every number is checked against the source data and carries its citation, so it is safe to drop straight into a grant application, needs statement, or community health assessment.
What's in the report
- Environmental exposures: air quality, drinking water, extreme heat, drought, and related hazards
- Chronic disease burden: diabetes, heart disease, COPD, asthma, obesity, and more
- Health care access: provider shortages and distance to care
- Social and economic conditions: poverty, uninsured rates, housing, food insecurity
- Birth outcomes: low birth weight for nearly every county, infant mortality where population size allows reporting
- Five-year trends on key measures, so you can show direction, not just a snapshot
- Full source citations on every number (CDC, EPA, Census, County Health Rankings, and others)
Written for the people who use it: grant writers, rural hospitals, health departments, and community organizations that need defensible numbers without a data team.

Common questions
Which counties can I choose?
Any of the 3,222 counties in the United States, in any combination. You can preview any county's data free on our county pages before you buy.
My county is small and rural. Will there be data?
Yes. Small counties are what this platform was built for. Some federal measures are suppressed for very small populations; when you order a group of counties, we can report those measures for the combined area even when individual counties are suppressed.
Can I cite this in a grant proposal or CHNA?
Yes. That is the main reason people buy it. Every number carries its source, and the methodology is published on our site, so reviewers can trace any claim back to the federal data it came from.
What if it is not what I needed?
Reply to your delivery email and say so. If the report does not help you, we refund the $15, no questions asked.
I need reports every month, not just once.
A subscription is cheaper at that point. Professional is $49 per month and Consultant Studio, which includes report generation on your own schedule, is $149 per month. See the pricing page for details.
